On the other hand, you have to be careful that you will not over train! Give your muscles a chance to recover. You don't need to lift heavy weights daily. I exclusively heavy lift 3 times per week and then I do some aerobic stuff the other days. Also the addition of a home gym has helped me to get control of my time to workout. I want to not only look a little buff still I also want to be strong.
